Since our excursion was essentially organized and overseen by the military, we went any place they took us. Like I said we weren’t up for a great deal of experience. Places that we visited were as per the following:
Pine Hut, Gilgit was our headquarters. That is the place where we generally return to. It was a military visitor house.
NLI wreck, in Bunji Gilgit which is delightful! They have a little historical center set up there and a great deal of history to share and show. It was intriguing and enlightening both.
Shangrila Lake, Skardu We remained just next to it in their military visitor house called ‘Kachura’ visitor house. The perspectives from that point are shocking! Shangrila rest house/inn itself is directly inverse to it and regular citizens can absolutely remain here!
Skardu which has touristy stops with food and perspectives.
Upper Kachura Lake, Skardu which was THE prettiest and most very much kept up with places of interest (basically when we went!) It was wonderful, beautiful and amazing. We took a speedboat ride there which was TOTALLY awesome.
Karimabad, Hunza Valley is the place where we stayed in Hunza Valley with a truly cordial neighborhood lady and her best house cleaner. They had a little bungalow with cherry trees and vegetable nurseries, disregarding exquisite mountain views from our window. We thought that they are over instagram through a young lady that reached out to us. They cooked their conventional soup dawdoo and desi paratha for us, and EVEN gave us their neighborhood valuable stones as wedding gifts! (AWW :’)!)
Attabad Lake, Hunza Valley Huge lake. Blue and stunning. It came to fruition as the aftereffect of a tremendous flood, and avalanche that hindered away. A few groups passed on and a town suffocated. Presently it’s a touring traveler stop. I couldn’t resist the opportunity to feel odd getting pictures there – like would it be advisable for me to even?
Climate
The climate in Skardu was way better compared to in Gilgit or Hunza Valley. Gilgit was warm, as a summary. Not lovely, not windy. Skardu was lovely, coldish, and windy. Hunza Valley was in the middle yet it wasn’t a legitimate cold anywhere. I’ve heard June is a superior opportunity to go assuming you need to partake in the climate and might be September?
